I work on deep generative models for graph generation, with a particular interest in molecular graph generation for the discovery of new molecules with desired properties.
Based at the Department of Mathematics “Tullio Levi-Civita”, my research is highly interdisciplinary — spanning mathematics, computer science, pharmaceutical sciences and economics — with applications in molecular design and knowledge graph extraction from unstructured data.
